Lead the overall rehabilitation planning and management of patients with concussion and mTBI, and associated spine and musculoskeletal injuries. Bring together findings from across the care team, coordinate treatment with Neurology and rehabilitation specialists, and keep care focused on functional recovery and a safe return to daily activities.
Go Clinic provides coordinated telehealth care for patients with concussion and mild traumatic brain injury (mTBI), as well as related neck and spine injuries. All care is delivered through the Go Clinic telehealth platform, with one plan shared across the care team: Neurology, Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R), physical and vestibular therapy, and speech-language pathology.
Responsibilities
Conduct virtual functional and musculoskeletal evaluations of patients with concussion and mTBI and associated spine and musculoskeletal injuries, using appropriate clinical assessments and standardized screening tools.
Develop individualized rehabilitation and treatment plans based on each patient's symptoms, functional limitations, clinical findings and recovery goals.
Coordinate the patient's overall rehabilitation plan with Neurology and the multidisciplinary care team, bringing together findings and recommendations from different specialists.
Review patient progress and input from the care team, adjusting rehabilitation plans and coordinating changes in treatment when clinically indicated.
Co-manage medications, imaging orders and return-to-activity decisions with Neurology within one shared care plan.
Coordinate care across the rehabilitation network — physical therapy, vestibular therapy, occupational therapy, speech-language pathology, neuropsychology, psychiatry and counseling — based on each patient's needs.
Guide patients' recovery and return to work, school and other daily activities, and provide supporting clinical documentation when needed.
Coordinate referrals for additional evaluations, testing or interventional pain management when indicated.
Required qualifications
MD or DO with an active, unrestricted medical license in at least one US state.

Strong communication skills and the ability to take a thorough history and communicate clinical findings and treatment recommendations effectively in a virtual clinical setting.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary clinical team.
Preferred qualifications
Additional state licenses, particularly in California, Alabama, Arizona, Illinois, Virginia and New Mexico. Eligibility for the Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC) is a plus.
