Careers

Join a coordinated concussion & spine care team.

The independent, physician-owned medical practices operating under the Go Clinic brand are looking for physicians and rehabilitation clinicians who want to practice coordinated, guideline-based care by telemedicine.

Why Go Clinic

What every physician role includes.

Go Clinic provides coordinated telehealth care for patients with concussion and mild traumatic brain injury (mTBI), as well as related neck and spine injuries. All care is delivered through the Go Clinic telehealth platform, with one plan shared across the care team: Neurology, Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R), physical and vestibular therapy, and speech-language pathology.

Applies to the Neurology and PM&R (Physiatry) roles below.

We handle the rest

  • Documentation is simplified. The platform and our team support your clinical documentation, so there is minimal typing during appointments — just spend the time talking with your patient.
  • Scheduling and bookings are handled by the administrative team.
  • Care coordination is fully supported. Referrals, prescriptions, medication orders, follow-up appointments and other operational parts of the patient journey.
  • Everything is in one place. Patient information, the shared care plan and the multidisciplinary team in one easy-to-use system.

How we work

  • Flexible schedule. Practice from anywhere on our telehealth platform, with the schedule and caseload you choose.
  • Visit format. Typical visits are 20–30 minutes for initial evaluations and 15 minutes for follow-ups, adjustable based on your clinical judgment. Our admin team schedules and supports every visit.
  • Team-based care. Neurology, PM&R, physical therapy, vestibular therapy and speech-language pathology collaborate through one shared care plan, supporting continuity of care throughout each patient's recovery.
  • Licensure. You treat patients in the states where you hold an active license, with support if you choose to add licenses.

What we offer

  • Compensation. Transparent per-encounter rates, paid monthly. Compensation is for clinical services rendered and is not based on referrals or on the volume or value of any business generated.
  • Malpractice insurance. Coverage is provided for services rendered to the practice's patients.
  • Administrative support. Scheduling, documentation and operational support.
  • Technology. A secure, HIPAA-compliant telemedicine platform for virtual exams, patient education and team collaboration.

Questions

Before you apply.

Who would I work with?
Clinical roles are with the independent, physician-owned medical practices that provide care under the Go Clinic brand. Go Clinic MD, LLC provides administrative and technology support to those practices and does not employ clinicians or provide medical services. Depending on the role and state, clinicians are engaged as independent contractors, as employees of the practice, or under a professional services agreement.
Do I need to see patients in person?
No. Care is delivered by telemedicine, through secure video in the Go Clinic app. When a patient needs in-person testing or therapy, the care team coordinates it near the patient.
Which licenses do I need?
An active license in each state where you'll see patients. Patients must be located in a state where you're licensed at the time of each visit.
My specialty isn't listed. Should I still apply?
Yes. Send your CV and tell us how you'd fit into a coordinated concussion and spine care team.
